Press informations
No-one can doubt any longer the crucial importance of the press and media when it comes to informing the public at large. As a result, Vétérinaires Sans Frontières (Vets Without Borders) pays a great deal of attention to good communication through the audiovisual media, daily newspapers and magazines. Vétérinaires Sans Frontières organises regular press conferences, events and trips. We have combined as much general and specific information as possible into our press kit and will also talk personally to anyone who wishes to do so. We also have a whole stack of interesting photographic and film material available.
Our direct contact people for the press are An Kokken and Els Bedert. They can be reached by sending an e-mail to a.kokken@vsf-belgium.org and e.bedert@vsf-belgium.org or by calling 02/539.09.89
Newsletter and website
Our newsletter is sent out four times a year to whomever wishes to receive it, informing them of the latest projects and about developments inside the VSF organisation. We use our website in three languages to talk to an international audience and keep them informed.
Ambassadors Jan Leyers and Marie Gillain
Jan Leyers and Marie Gillain are our ambassadors for the Turkana project. They talk to the public at large about the commitment to and involvement in Vétérinaires Sans Frontières. The following pages feature the press kit, all press releases, information about our sponsors, the latest news about VSF, photos, etc.
