In Africa, millions of people survive because of their animals. Veterinary assistance is often non‑existent and therein lays the difficulty. When the herd is sick, it’s the village that dies. VSF Belgium develops networks of veterinary assistance in the most remote regions of Africa. By caring for animals, we fight hunger and poverty with the local population.
